These substances may be eligible for inclusion on the 503A bulks list, were nominated with sufficient supporting information for FDA to evaluate them, and do not appear on any other list.

FDA removed GHK-Cu from Category 1 on April 22, 2026 after the nominations were withdrawn, then added the non-injectable form back on the May 14, 2026 list after one nominator clarified it meant to withdraw only the injectable route. The injectable form of GHK-Cu remains withdrawn and is not in any category.
FDA has announced it intends to consult its Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee about GHK-Cu before the end of February 2027. That is a separate, future review, not the July 2026 meeting.
