FDA keeps lists of ingredients that compounding pharmacies may use while it reviews them. As of FDA's list updated May 14, 2026, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-c, epitalon, DSIP, selank, semax and thymosin alpha-1 are not on it. Source
On July 23-24, 2026, FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, DSIP, Semax and Epitalon. News reports say the committee recommended six of them and not DSIP. Its votes are advice to FDA, not a final rule. Source
